Delivery Methods & Costs
Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 1 – 4 working days. There might be delay if wrong information such as address or contact number error. In the event that you are not able to receive a parcel, there will be a re-attempt delivery. If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge of RM10 will be imposed for re-delivery.
Shipping
How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
WillowTree process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 working days via courier.
We will charge a flat subsidised rate of RM10 per order for delivery to West Malaysia and RM15 flat for East Malaysia, regardless number of pieces per order. Click & Collect
Pick up your parcels conveniently at our retail within 5 – 7 working days during our operating hours 10.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday; except for Sunday and Public Holiday.
